Under direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, utilizes well-established analytic principles, methods, and procedures to identify, gather, analyze, and evaluate data to support the Court's effort in leveraging data to optimize business and operational directives; and performs duties within area of assignment, provides responsible administrative services to the Judicial Officers, Executive Management Team, and other court departments as needed. Work is of a confidential nature and requires a good understanding of court policies and functions.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Develops dashboards (Power Bl and Tableau) and other visual data discovery tools to support the needs of various organizations throughout the court;Researches and develops statistical learning models for data analysis;Collaborates with others to understand department/unit needs and devise possible solutions;Reviews, assesses, and supports data needs of the court to support actionable intelligence;Keeps up-to-date with latest technology trends;Communicates results and ideas to key decision makers;Formulates and implements new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis;Optimizes joint develops efforts through appropriate database use and project design Building best in class data analytical tools to leverage advanced algorithms and perform comprehensive analyses;Works across teams to identify needs and translate them into models;Leads or supports business process re-engineering efforts;Maintains the confidentiality of pertinent records and documents;Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with judicial officers, court employees, governmental agencies, members of the public and others encountered in the course of work;Exercises independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines;Provides training and/or assistance to junior accounting personnel and other staff within the unit;Adheres to local, state and federal mandates and requirements as required for this position.OTHER DUTIESPerforms a variety of special projects and analyses as assigned.Attends and represents the court in various meetings, conferences, trainings, forums task forces, committees and councils.Performs other court-related duties as assigned
