We are seeking a Financial Representative to join our team at Superior Credit Union. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting members with their financial needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. Your contributions will help strengthen our community ties and enhance member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with account inquiries and transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process loans and provide information about loan products to potential borrowers.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately handle cash and balance cash drawers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication and personalized service.
- Promote credit union products and services through upselling techniques.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in financial services.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship management abilities to foster member loyalty.
- Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
- Experience with loan processing is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
