Machine Operator (ALL Shifts)

As a Machine Operator, you will be expected to maintain and monitor our machines to make sure they continue to function properly. You will gain hands-on experience producing high-quality products at Superior Dairy’s manufacturing plant in Canton, Ohio. You must have a rolling understanding of how an operating machine works and will be required to conduct periodical quality checks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate Robotic Systems :  Set up, operate, and monitor machinery and systems that process, handle, and package of dairy products.
• Quality Control :  Ensure that products are handled and packaged according to quality standards. Perform regular checks to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintenance :  Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
• Material Handling :  Manage the supply and movement of products within the plant. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Record Keeping :  Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities handled, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
• Safety and Compliance :  Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
