Entry Service Technician

At Superior Door we are exploring candidates to add to our rapidly growing team in the Omaha and surrounding areas markets. We are set to hire entry level and slightly experienced residential garage door technicians for our residential garage door install and service department. Taking on this role you will be a major part in helping grow our residential department with new accounts and continued partnerships. Residential garage doors and entry systems play a crucial role in the safety and security of any residence, and being able to service these doors and entry systems ensuring proper functionality is key to the success of Superior Door. Residential technicians are on the front lines for Superior Door everyday and the face of the company and the company's core values.

Our technicians are brought into a position where they will have the opportunity to run a company-provided truck for all installs and repairs and get dropped into a leadership role almost instantly. An experienced technician will be expected to be able to run standard and custom service calls or installs on their own or with a helper with knowledge on all garage doors and entry systems and components. Experienced Commercial Technicians will be started at $20-24 dollars an hour depending on experience, plus overtime, vacation, and paid holidays off. We have a leadership team with vast amounts of experience in the garage door industry. Here we work towards a common goal of always putting the customers first. With an organized and efficient team we can attack any garage door service request with a Superior Experience. Our typical work day begins at 7:45 AM and ends when the job is done. Your task will be a daily inventory of your company-provided truck, loading material for the days worth of work, and installing or servicing garage doors and entry systems onsite. At Superior Door we do not leave a customer's house or business without the THREE S’s inspection.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
