We are seeking an experienced Retail Electrical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about commercial service electrical installation, materials and electrical code requirements with experience processing accurate and competitive estimates for various retail service projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit electrical proposals within the scope of commercial tenant improvement projects under the direction of management
- Review blueprints, project schematics and / or specifications to determine material and labor requirements
- Reference pricing quotes from internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors
- Process a high volume of data entry to maintain and update estimating software and databases
- Continuously apply new industry trends, materials, and best practices into estimates
- Willing to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional clerical duties may be assigned as needed to support the department
