We are hiring experienced retail service plumbers to join our commercial team. Work schedules are Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday with a two-week training schedule and a three-month probation period. Technicians are issued company vehicles and allowed to start their service routes from their home address or location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair and provide professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct
- Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters
- Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes
- Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stations
- Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV
- Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines
- Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
- Available to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday as your regular shift
- Additional duties assigned as needed to support the operations of the department
