Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians while providing job order updates to customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 1 : 30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound customer emails and service technician calls
- Provide informative and proactive customer service
- Schedule and coordinate service calls within department guidelines
- Create work orders and support documentation to complete service requests
- Monitor technician workflow and job site progress
- Follow-up with service technicians, service managers and account managers regarding work orders, callbacks and paperwork
- Monitor and document GPS on service technicians and provide accurate estimated time of arrivals
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the department supervisor
