ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages facility operations for both the 203 Commission Blvd Campus and the BTI Campus, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor contracts and bid outside work as necessary to ensure the best value. This includes Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Welders, etc.
- Maintains computer literacy related to materials management, ensuring accurate documentation of product receipts and shipments.
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels of materials essential for daily operations, ordering products as needed to comply with minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ability to work in the current ERP database system to receive products and services from various vendors.
- Oversees and maintains district warehouses in compliance with Superior procedures.
- Safely loads and unloads freight while ensuring Bills of Lading and Shipping Manifests are accurate and properly managed.
- Maintain maintenance required and records for wastewater treatment plant, air compressors, HVAC, cranes, and forklifts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or a minimum of three years of facility and/or operations experience in the oil and gas industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to safely drive all types of forklifts required for handling completion tools and equipment.
- Operating various office equipment: personal computer, copy machine, and telephone system.
- Monitoring/assessing the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Determining necessary resources, time, and materials for a project.
- Planning and tracking facility-related project timelines.
- Efficiently managing the resources, time, and materials of the division.
- Forecasting necessary project resources.
- Leading, directing, and mentoring individuals to accomplish common goals.
- Must have the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries, complaints, or employee situations. Ability to effectively present controversial or complex topics to upper management, subordinates, and groups of employees.
- Applicable PPE is required on both facilities, Commission Blvd. and South Park locations.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations about facility and materials management.
