Plumbing Qualifications & Skills :

In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems , including water supply and drainage

Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Experience working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Maine State Journeyman or Master Plumbing License required

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Heating Qualifications & Skills :

5 years of experience in heating system maintenance and repair

Propane / Natural Gas Basic License for Maine required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Outstanding time management and efficiency

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
