Essential Functions / Duties :
Receive, process, and expedite customer orders for OEM customers utilizing phone, fax, order entry system, and mail. Interface with warehouses, manufacturing plants, purchasing, credit, marketing, management, and logistics partners on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering requirements (Will Train)
- Process returns and arrange freight pick up.
