Essential Functions / Duties :

Receive, process, and expedite customer orders for OEM customers utilizing phone, fax, order entry system, and mail. Interface with warehouses, manufacturing plants, purchasing, credit, marketing, management, and logistics partners on a daily basis.

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and engineering requirements (Will Train)
  • Process returns and arrange freight pick up.

K nowledge / skills / abilities and other minimum qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience preferred.
