What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Recovery Operator position at Superior Essex?
This position is responsible for removing defective wire and cable from spools, bobbins, boxes and then package it into a container suitable for scrap recovery. The incumbent is responsible for accurate segregation of various products being salvaged. The incumbent will also operate various rewinding, cutting and packaging equipment to prepare cable for shipment. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6am to 3pm.
Starting rate of pay is $19.21 per hour.
