What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sub Contactor position at Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola LLC?
Industry leader seeking Sub-Contractors to complete fence installations. Typical work week is Monday to Friday. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay can be paid on a per foot rate or a flat percentage of the total applicable sale of the job.
Minimum requirements:
- MUST Possess Valid FL Driver's License
- MUST have 2 Years of Previous Fencing Experience
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
- Pass drug screening
- Have your own Truck/Trailer and Tools
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat
- MUST carry liability insurance
The candidate will:
- Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of previous fencing experience
- Have framing, roofing, or carpentry experience
- Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
