Duties:
- Act as the face of the company, embodying our brand values and mission.
- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Conduct product demos and educate consumers on key features and benefits.
- Assist in event marketing activities to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall brand experience.
- Communicate daily with management about sales and customers issues;
- Visit stores, deliver samples, swag to retailers and customers during events.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Learn and be knowledgeable of company product offerings.
- Outgoing personality, willing to show up, smile, be positive and engage with both customers and budtenders to get company product in their hands and influence their purchasing decision.
- Detailed oriented.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- No college degree needed.
