Cannabis Cartridge / Oli Packager

Job Purpose/ Position Overview:

The Cartridge/Fill Associate position is responsible for hand filling/assembling cannabis cartridge vapes containers to be sold in dispensaries. This is a hands-on production position where teamwork and a passion for product quality are crucial.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Process, organize, package, and label, cannabis products in preparation for distribution to retail sites including, filling, weighing and dispensing liquids into packages manually or by machine.
• Assembly line style manufacturing tiny parts, filling equipment into a finished product
• Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced.
• Measure and document any potential product waste accurately.
• Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations.
• Partner with other departments to maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the production cycle
• Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

Working Conditions:

• This is a hands-on, cannabis production position. You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment.
• Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times
• Kneeling, squatting, lifting, bending, walking, pivoting, standing all expected activities.
• Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air, extraction fumes may also be present.
• Timekeeping(clock-in/out) utilizes biometric screening (facial and/or fingerprint scan). Employees have option to opt out and utilize other clock-in/out procedures.

Minimum Experience Required:

• 21 and currently residing in the Olympia area.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic Math, Organizational, and Computer Skills.

Experience:
- Prior experience in packaging or related manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and logic controllers is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.66 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
