Position Summary:
The Retail Systems Assistant primary responsibilities will include performing pricing functions in the Retail Systems department supporting all buyers, stores and vendor community. Will support Retail Systems projects, new stores projects, store support, and all issues relating to pricing, receiving and the Stylus label/sign program. The Retail Systems Assistant will report directly to the Retail Systems Manager. Responsible to comply with all Retail Systems deadlines, procedures and policies. Will service DC, stores and buyers with related pricing and reports. This includes being able to communicate and assist buyers and employees at store level.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Set up new items, cost & retail updates to pricing team
- Ad & supersaver Proofing and Ad input
- Assist Corp and Store members with issues or questions related to Retail Systems
- Research and resolve items not scanning report and submissions
- Instacart support: identify pricing, image or missing items
- Input Unified and DSD price Changes
- E-plum price changes
- Verify and process transmissions to stores
- Category code support and maintenance
- Blackhawk Gift Card support
- Store and Manufacture coupons support
- Produce WIC link code maintenance
- WIC, TAX, Food Stamp, State Compliance, Weights and Measure support
- Supports Retail Integrity/Scan coordinators
- CGO support
- Store support
- Perform, as needed, any other job duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- AS400 or Telnet knowledge highly preferred
- 90 days as a Cashier required
- 1 year experience as a Scan Coordinator preferred
- 1 year experience in administrative support role
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the ISS45 and Stylus is preferred
- Basic Knowledge on how Retail Systems Department operates
- Familiarity with Receiving procedures
- Ability to read an Invoice or Case label
- Ability to distinguish the different equipment used at store level
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Skills and Ability:
- Ability to prioritize tasks. Able to maintain good working relations with co-workers, supervisors, store directors, DM’s, Department leads and customers
- Attention to detail & ability to identify issues and resolve with correct judgment
wage: $20-21
