Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a book of business and generate high-quality leads.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business through networking, cold-calling, and inbound inquiries.
- Develop market strategies and assess business opportunities.
- Manage RFP content to win new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and build professional networks.
- 7 years of proven BPO call center sales experience (Hunter mentality).
- Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and sales execution skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Active listener with a strategic mindset.
