Superior Health Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative / HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations, effective team management, and efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage general administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
  • Oversee HR functions, including answering questions about company policies, benefits, and protocols.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including reviewing applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
  • Organize meetings, maintain employee files, and ensure timely updates on certifications.
  • Communicate with staff about policies, protocols, and team updates.
  • Approve PTO requests, adjust timecards, and manage employee schedules.
  • Address technical issues and provide support for equipment shipping, receiving, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform staff check-ins to ensure operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Respond to emails, address attendance concerns, and provide disciplinary actions alongside management.
  • Keep the office organized and tidy, contributing to a professional work environment.
  • Occasionally travel within the Greater Houston area for equipment replacement and related tasks.

  • Pay Details :

  • Compensation : $45,000-$60,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
