- The required working hours are Tuesday – (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm), Saturday (10:00 am – 4:00 pm)
- ** Hours may be expanded in the near future.
- Microsoft Office Skills a must.
- Proficient in typing.
- Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer telephones and transfer to an appropriate staff member.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, filing.
