Position Purpose : Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and auditing tools for clinical department staff on the company’s clinical philosophy and evidence based practice methods for Superior Health Plan. The Clinical Trainer will collaborate with other clinical leadership to identify training needs outside of core curriculum to promote maximized effectiveness in managing behavioral and medical costs. Maintain and monitor the delivery and effectiveness of the training program and identify solutions to challenges.
- The Clinical Trainer role is primarily remote. Candidates must reside in Texas to be considered for the position.
Responsibilities :
Education / Experience : Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing or Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or Social Science or related field. 4 years related of behavioral health experience, preferably in managed care.
License / Certification : Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT,LPC, PhD, PsyD or RN. Current state driver’s license.Pay Range : $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year
