Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced motivated skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We are smaller company where we treat our employees like family and show you a path of how to make $100,000 a year in this industry. The Maintenance Tech must have the experience to install/replace capacitors, blowing out condensate lines, washing coils, verify thermostat is operational, replace filters, check splits, inspect contactors, check amp draws, etc. But also has experience with having hard conversations with customers regarding the importance of the membership programs and other recommended repairs. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new HVAC systems as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the HVAC/R field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a van for maintenance calls is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Be able to be on call every other weekend.
- Experience with Service Titan
- Must have Own Tools
- Must Pass a Background Check
