Role Overview :
As a Tenant Services Specialist at Superior Home Buyers, you will be an integral part of the property management process, dealing with a wide range of responsibilities that require resourcefulness and a strong presence. Your role will involve driving from property to property, changing locks, boarding up windows, assisting with tenant relocations, and capturing property iGUIDES. This position demands someone who can handle a variety of tasks, stay organized under pressure, and remain composed in challenging situations.
Compensation : 60,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
In this role, you'll be responsible for :
- Driving to various properties and performing essential tasks such as changing locks, securing properties, and boarding up windows.
- Assisting with tenant moves and relocations when necessary.
- Conducting door-knocking and engaging with tenants in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Managing property inspections and handling any immediate property needs.
- Utilizing a company-provided car and gas card while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills while handling sensitive situations.
- Managing your own priorities and working independently in the field, making decisions on the spot as needed.
