Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $14-$16/hour (based on experience and skills)
- Schedule:Mon-Fri and weekends 6AM-2PM - up to 40 hours/week
- Location: Homestead
- Description:Normally full 8 hour days in the early mornings with helping seniors do basic living tasks and starting their day
- FLEXIBLE Scheduling – “sweet spot” schedule tailored to your preferences and availability
- Limited Traveling - Our Caregivers typically do NOT travel more than 10 miles to any client
- Paid training and orientation at your full hourly rate
- Ava - Integrated monetary reward system recognizing your daily and weekly performance

- Earn up to $350 in bonuses by hitting key employment milestones, starting with a $20 reward for showing up and completing your in-person interview
