Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate hospice clinical operations to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License in the state of California (Required).
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice clinical experience (Preferred).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (Required).
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
