Key Responsibilities:
- Forge Meaningful Connections: Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote our innovative hospice services.
- Educate and Advocate: Be a champion for our unique approach to end-of-life care. Educate referral sources on the value and benefits of choosing Superior Hospice.
- Guide and Support Families: Assess patient eligibility for hospice care and provide compassionate guidance throughout the admissions process, supporting families during a health crisis.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with market trends and industry developments, positioning Superior Hospice as a leader in the field.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient transitions and provide exceptional care at every stage.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep accurate records of interactions, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and ensuring top-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience in the hospice or healthcare field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Expert knowledge of hospice and end-of-life care, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare providers and families during sensitive times.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a diverse client base effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, empathetic demeanor and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with care and respect.
