What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Parts Counter Salesperson position at Superior Implement Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Assists and/or participates in any customer events
- Participates in any required training, off site or online
- Other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Computer skills are required
- Basic Auto Parts knowledge preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or dealership environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Forklift license preferred
