What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Specialist position at Superior Industrial Equipment?
Superior Industrial Equipment is looking for a Full Time Parts Specialist to join our Sycamore, IL team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Providing prompt parts quotes to Customers
- Entering Orders into various systems including customer systems, vendor systems and our accounting system
- Reviewing Customer Purchase Orders for accuracy
- Sourcing parts with our Vendors to get the correct parts supplied
- Pulling parts from our stock
- Tracking Order Status
- Keeping files organized and filed
- Some shipping and receiving support may be applicable
- Special Projects as Requested
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Excellent Phone and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Detail Oriented
- Strong computer skills required
- Comfortable with Math
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Shipping/Receiving experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in Accounting Systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour
