Fabrication Technician

We're hiring for a Maintenance Fabrication Technician at our Indianapolis location (400 W Regent Street, Indianapolis, IN).

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Fabrication Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:

• Fabricating and refurbishing equipment to ensure top performance.
• Troubleshooting and modifying machinery for optimal efficiency.
• Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to develop new or modified equipment as needed.
• Handling inventory and vendor coordination to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Ensuring safety and compliance while operating forklifts and other heavy equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on fabrication & maintenance skills - welding, blueprint reading, and machine processes.
• Problem-solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot and improve equipment.
• Attention to safety - understanding of safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
• Strong communication skills - collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and vendors.
• Technical knowledge - experience with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various environments (shop, warehouse, outdoors).
• Willingness to travel (~10%) depending on workload and customer needs.
