For the position of our brand-new instructional designer, we're looking for someone that fits that second description. What are my responsibilities?

  • Develop training content for internal and external users
  • Assist in learning platform administration that includes user management, training users, reporting methods, and system upgrades
  • Develop methods for measuring platform performance by monitoring course completions, test scores, learning path progress and subscriptions
  • Create content that is educational, but also entertaining and fun to experience
  • Continue to evolve content creation methods and training modules to improve user engagement and learning experiences
  • Develop learning paths based on needs of internal departments, employees and our dealers / distributors
  • Collaborate with marketing on graphics, videos, animation and other asset needs
  • Work with Training & Development Coordinator to manage training in the learning management platform
  • Attend training and user conferences to help implement best practices and development of our learning platform and educational experiences
  • Purposeful travel to Superior Industries' facilities and / or dealer and distributors where required
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on various factors including : skills, experience and location

  • Must show history and excitement for continuous learning
  • Experience in authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate would be beneficial
  • Experience with the use or development of a learning management system would be ideal
