Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facility’s equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and implement corrective actions on equipment and systems promptly.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair work, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with facility management and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and respond to urgent repair needs.
- Emergency Response: Provide timely support during emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards.
Hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Mon-Fri

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in the following hydraulics, air systems and pneumatic controls, electrical systems, welding, and have a mechanical understanding
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer-based maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a team environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively, while being willing to work flexible hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
