Responsibilities :
- Install, program, repair, and troubleshoot Windows-based point of sale systems and petroleum equipment on customer locations
- Train customers on newly installed equipment and networks
- Set up custom configurations based on site needs
- Work independently and as part of a team as needed
- Repair Windows-based hardware including hard drives, motherboards, network switches, and managed firewalls
- Utilize a world-class CRM system integrated with dispatching
- Overnight weekday travel
- Other duties as assigned
