We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support the Strategy, Sales, and Operations teams in reviewing and analyzing business operations and key performance indicators, and then providing recommendations for operational improvement. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for data / financial analysis, a great goal-oriented attitude, a desire to help others, and, preferably, experience and acquisitions, financings, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or industry experience in multi-site services companies working with small business owners.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create data analysis procedures that align with business objectives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales and operational data for Superior's leadership team.
- Identify patterns and trends in the analyzed data to help with operational improvement and the execution of our business objectives.
- Create presentation materials using PowerPoint for Superior's Partner Meetings, Producer Meetings, and Service Meetings.
- Assist with creating procedure manuals across Superior's various functions.
