CSR/Account Manager – Personal Lines (Contract)
We're seeking a (Remote) CSR/Account Manager-Personal Lines to join our growing team. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for full-time hire upon successful completion. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to an established book of personal lines business, collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, and demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and own the renewal process.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Requirements:

- Applied Epic Experience- Required

Salary : $40,200 - $54,100
