Professional Liability Claims Adjuster - Senior Living
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Living Claims Adjuster . The ideal candidate will have a background in professional liability claims, with specific expertise in Nursing Homes or Senior Living, and previous experience working with a TPA or brokerage / agency.
What You'll Do : Claims Management :
- Handle and adjust professional liability claims related to nursing homes and senior living facilities, ensuring a thorough, fair, and efficient resolution process.
- Conduct in-depth investigations and manage claims from initial reporting through resolution, including coverage analysis, liability assessment, and damages evaluation.
- Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
