As a Commercial Lines Client Account Executive with Superior Insurance Partners, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued clients. Here is what you can expect:
Responsibilities:
- Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and identify gaps in coverage and consult with producer as needed.
- Support the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients.
- Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess client needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of client service experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License, required.
- Experience with Applied Epic or AMS 360 is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
