- Process applications for changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies.
- Review insurance applications to ensure all questions have been answered.
- Change policy records to conform to insured party's specifications.
- Compile data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies.
- Promptly respond to requests for information from the customer, adjuster, or appraiser.
- Cross-sell and up-sell when talking with clients.
- Quoting when needed on policy changes, new business, and remarketing.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with carriers.
