How will you affect the business?
- Leadership- Manage the contracting team's day-to-day operations, provide growth and development areas for team members, and work in-concert with the SIP leadership team to enhance our service offering to agency partners.
- Carrier Contract Management- Maintain compliance with our current carrier contracts.
- New carrier contracts- Establish new carrier contracts in partnership with agency partners.
- Integration & Alignment- Manage contracting for our new agency partners with their current carrier lineup.
- Communication- Create and foster the most efficient and user-friendly method to communicate directly with our agency partners regarding contracting.
- Data Integrity- Regularly update and maintain our database with accurate information regarding insurance carriers and contacts to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Project management- Act as project manager for large initiatives being handled by the contracting team.
- Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing our service offering to our agency partners.
