Superior Janitorial Services, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for increasing current account volume, prospecting and maintaining new accounts, and must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development and account management skills are required for this position. Candidates having experience in generating sales leads for commercial janitorial services is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively develop client contacts and sales opportunities;
- Conduct Market research on prospective and existing clients;
- Manage and grow customer base to achieve a given monthly sales quota;
- Develop and present sales proposals;
- Prepare and present proposals that are both beneficial to new clients and profitable for the company;
- Create new proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing the company's services;
- Identify and assist in implementing strategies to improve quality of service; productivity, and profitability;
- Inspect ongoing projects on a regular basis;
- Prepare sales and marketing proposals and presentations;
- Participate in trade shows and other lead-generating events;
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including but not limited to administration, production, management, and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of the business sales process for services;
- Proven customer service orientation and closing skills;
- Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills and a professional phone demeanor with analytical and conceptual thinking abilities;
- Knowledge of estimating principles;
- Needs to be flexible and creative with sales strategy and telemarketing/cold calling/prospecting/networking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple leads/projects concurrently;
- Position requires daily and routine travel;
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

Salary Range: $48K - $60K ( commission) ***No Cap on Commission***
*Base salary is commensurate with experience.
**Commission structure is based on individual performance.
