Expectations :

Sell Hot Tubs and Assist with Retail Store Operations

  • Ensure retail area is fully stocked to maximize sales
  • Making sure sales goals are being met
  • Retail sales and customer assistance
  • Answer phones
  • Assist in choosing correct product for customer needs
  • Ring in sales on P.O.S. system
  • Assist Hot Tub & Swim Spa customers on general use
  • Assist Pool, Hot Tub & Swim Spa customers on water chemistry & test water / make recommendations
  • Follow up phone calls on sales, quotes, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries
  • Sell club memberships for all businesses that showcase in The Showroom
  • Document, track & manage warranty claims
  • Responsible for overall cleanliness of showroom and grounds
  • Ensure proper signage on all products, including sales, specials, and promotions
  • Keep backroom storage clean and organized
  • Open and close store according to The Showroom standards
  • Comply with and enforce work rules set forth in Employee Handbook
  • Team building, promote core values and positive morale
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with all types of people and effectively deal with any suggestions or complaints
  • Monthly and quarterly inventories
  • Work at State Fair booth, local networking & home shows as scheduled
  • Become certified for operation and training of fork truck and skid steer loader
  • Operate equipment to assist customers as needed
  • Math skills including basic knowledge of algebraic functions is mandatory
  • Make sure all entities of the business are successful
  • Generate, document & pass leads to other sales / designers
  • Follow policy for showing clients that arrive for meetings with designer / sales personal to the conference room
  • Assist in keeping snow and ice off sidewalks and handicap spaces
  • Company newsletter assistance
