Expectations :
Sell Hot Tubs and Assist with Retail Store Operations
Ensure retail area is fully stocked to maximize sales
Consistently striving toward sales goals being met
Assist Hot Tub & Swim Spa customers on general use and on water chemistry
Follow up phone calls on sales, quotes, and inquiries.
Coordinate customer deliveries
Document, track & manage warranty claims
Responsible for overall cleanliness of showroom and grounds
Ensure proper signage on all products, including sales, specials, and promotions
Keep backroom storage clean and organized
Open and close store according to The Showroom standards
Comply with and enforce work rules set forth in Employee Handbook
Team building, promote core values and positive morale
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with all types of people and effectively deal with any suggestions or complaints
Monthly and quarterly inventories
Work at State Fair booth, local networking & home shows as scheduled
Operate equipment to assist customers as needed
Math skills including basic knowledge of algebraic functions is mandatory
Generate, document & pass leads to other sales / designers
Assist in keeping snow and ice off sidewalks and handicap spaces
