Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to building new backyard landscapes such as retaining walls, patios and much more.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Show up on time with a good attitude
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a proper and clean image on and off the job site
- Be able to work well with others as well as on your own if need be
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge/Experience of operating equipment such as Bobcat, excavator and dump truck.
- Masonry work background is a plus
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience as crew leader is a HUGE plus and will be compensated greatly with proven work experience.
