What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Superior Lending Associates, L.C.?
NOTE: This is a full-time position, which means Monday thru Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (40 hours).

Compensation:$15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
