Superior Linen Service seeks a highly self-motivated Territory Sales Manager in Northwest Arkansas for continued growth and expansion. Our outside sales representatives focus on business-to-business account generation in hospitality and retail medical clinic operations. Hospitality establishments include restaurants, cafes, resorts, corporate dining locations, etc. Our medical services focus on surgery centers, doctors' offices, dental offices, and other clinic operations. Sales professionals with recent cold-calling experience and willingness to call and visit prospects daily will likely succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Grow a pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as directed by supervisors.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts.
- Soliciting new opportunities, building rapport, and preparing quotations.
- Lead generation and qualification through cold calls and inbound leads.
- Track record of successful negotiation with skilled or resistant groups.
- Establish common ground and focus on win-win outcomes while protecting the company’s interests.
- Track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals with a designated protected territory.
- You must have strong self-confidence, be an active learner, and inspire and trust in others.
What YOU bring to the table:
1-2 years (or more) of Sales Experience in New Business Generation/Consultative sales process background
High School or better formal education level
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent prospecting and new-client development sales background
Self-motivated and flexible with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
Strong ability to listen well to others to serve them best.
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
You MUST have a valid driver's license in your state, a clean driving record, and maintain personal automotive insurance.
Comfortable working with the Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including video conferencing.
