What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Superior Lubricants?
Summary:
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are processed, reconciled, and billed accurately in a timely manner.
Essential Duties:
- Confirm daily deliveries and generate client invoices
- Distribute client invoices
- Process billing corrections, credit and rebill processing
- Review / Investigate open orders
- Manage client requests and answer queries
- Lead and/or support ad-hoc projects as needed
- Backup support to AR as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field (required)
- Three (3) to five (5) years of verifiable related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Acumatica or ERP software is a plus
