Job Title: Filtration Team Member
Reports to: Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Group and Team Leaders
FLSA: Non-exempt/Hourly
Hours: Normal hours are 8am – 4:30pm (Part-Time Position)
Pay: $18 / Hour

IMMEDIATE NEED for HVAC air filter installers in Georgetown KY. Candidates will be required to remove and replace air filters in a manufacturing plant environment. Experience with bag and pleat type filters, tie offs, and high lifts a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Candidate must have reliable transportation, while performing this job, the employee is regularly required to climb, stand, push, pull and walk on rooftops in the heat and cold.
SUMMARY: Responsible for changing rooftop HVAC filters on manufacturing building AS NEEDED. Must be flexible on days.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes, but not limited to, the following:
· Ensure safety by using correct safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed.
· Load and unload boxes of filters from trucks and trailers.
· Operate forklift to place and remove filters from rooftops. (Optional)
· Pull and push four-wheel carts to transport filters on rooftop.
· Remove dirty filters and replace with new.
· Maintain cleanliness of HVAC units.
· Dispose dirty filters in designated location.

SUPERVISOR DUTIES: None
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Effectively communicate with the building occupants; work with all assigned personnel; support the company goals and objectives; continually develop skills by cooperating with training sessions and/or On the Job Training (OJT).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Experience changing filters or operation a shooting boom lift a plus but not required. High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
