Superior Marine, LLC is hiring energetic, reliable individuals to join our seasonal yacht detailing team! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining the appearance of high-end boats, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We’re offering a seasonal contract role with competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour and performance-based bonuses that can increase your earnings. Prior detailing experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide thorough, on-site training for all team members.
Key Information:
- Season: Starts May 1st and runs through early September
- Location: Mystic, CT area (various marinas and private docks)
- Schedule: Weekdays (Mon–Fri), approx. 9 AM–5 PM. Flexibility required for occasional weekends or rain make-up days.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Washing boat exteriors including cleaning all surfaces
- Polishing, buffing, and brightening fiberglass and metal surfaces
- Occasionally assisting with interior detailing on select jobs
- Safely handling and applying cleaning products and marine detailing tools
- Working on high-end boats and yachts with precision and care
