We are currently looking to grow our Team with a Commercial HVAC Lead Service Technician in our Greensboro/Randleman location.
Job Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00/hour- Depending on Experience
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday - 7:30 - 5/5:30. In addition to being on the on-call schedule rotation.

Requirements
- 3 years of Commercial HVAC Service
- EPA Universal
- Advanced Customer Service skills/communications skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Proven ability to manage/lead others
- Valid Drivers license and insurable
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Salary : $30 - $45
