What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry/Clerical Support/Appt. Setter position at Superior Medical Consultants, LLC?
Applicants must have basic knowledge of computers, including Windows 10 or higher, and other office equipment including phones, copiers, and fax. Responsibilities will include data entry, answering the phone to take messages, assisting clients/claimants or redirecting calls to appropriate staff, securing information on claims, and inputting the info into a database. Scheduling appointments in our database, scheduling for outside physicians, and scheduling for in-house phyicians using our proprietary database referral system. Securing medical records and handling record prep for the physians. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and have good communication skills.
