Superior Auto group, a family-owned business since 1960, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. With over six decades of excellence in the automotive industry, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities include :
Customer Interaction:
- Schedule appointments and greet customers warmly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collect accurate customer and vehicle information for service records.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
Service Coordination:
- Collaborate with technicians to identify necessary repairs and services using the vehicle’s history.
- Advise customers on recommended services and costs while building trust.
- Monitor service progress and provide frequent updates to customers.
Administrative Duties:
- Calculate costs for parts and labor.
- Ensure repair orders meet dealership standards for accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform service cashiering duties on Saturdays as needed.
- Cross-train with the Parts Department to maintain a working knowledge of parts processes.
Follow-Up & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review customer satisfaction surveys with the Service Manager to maintain and improve service standards.
Compliance & Safety:
- Abide by all dealership, factory, and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Advisor or dealership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Successful completion of background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Note: Hours are fixed and non-negotiable.
