What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gas Laborer I position at Superior Pipeline Services?
These crews are responsible for going into residential and commercial areas working on underground utilities and working with their crew to complete tasks for the day.

Essential Functions :

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist crew leader in construction / reconstruction and maintenance work
- Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions
- Work with specialized equipment including jackhammers, rotary drills, power actuated fasteners and other necessary tools
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials
- Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump truck
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
- Complete duties as assigned
