What are the responsibilities and job description for the LocusView Specialist position at Superior Pipeline Services?
Quality and Compliance Department Specialists are responsible for engaging with the employees one on one and in group settings. This position is to help drive and support our culture throughout the organization, by ensuring that employees give the highest commitment to quality and compliance for our customers. This is accomplished through strong leadership skills, to influence, coach, train, and inspire.
Essential Job Functions
- Report directly to Team Leader
- Ensure daily accuracy and compliance of all LocusView data.
- Provide training and support for all LocusView related items.
- Assist with management and coordination of LocusView Corrections.
- Provide coaching and training to employees in the field.
- Assist with weekly and monthly training and safety meetings.
- Assist with data collection.
Non-essential Job Functions
- Help manage PPE Inventory.
- Conduct gate checks.
- Assist with CGI calibrations and maintenance.
- Assist crew with daily needs during morning routine and dispatch.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Assist with collection and processing of project closing packet data.
- Additional Operations Support
Requirements
- Strong passion for training and helping others.
- Team mentality.
- Extensive Knowledge of Atmos Energy policies and procedures.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Current and Valid Driver's License
- 3-5 years’ experience in natural gas distribution.
- 2 years min experience as a skilled laborer.
- 1 year min experience using locus view.
- Basic computer skills and experience with various Microsoft applications.
- Basic underground safety knowledge.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to speak in front of groups of people.
- Availability and desire to assist with after-hours emergencies if needed.

Experience
Required- 1 year(s): 1 year min experience using locus view.
- 3-5 years’ experience in natural gas distribution.
